Penguins View Guesthouse is a beautiful, sunny, 3 level home, offering luxury self catering accommodation with stunning sea views across False Bay . The Guesthouse  is a 3 minute walk away from the famous Boulders Beach, and the penguin colony, which is home to roughly 3000 endangered African Jack ass Penguins. Visitors can walk along the specially erected wooden walkway , which winds along the beachfront and offers close ups of the penguins.

Heather Hurter and their Jack Russells,  Coco and Pepsi are your hosts, and warmly welcome you to Penguins View. Our self catering accommodation offers luxurious, spacious suites, all with sea views, and private entrances. Enjoy sipping a cocktail on the deck, relax by the pool or have a barbeque.

John is an avid scuba diver, who attended the naval diving school in Simonstown, and has dived all the along the coast. There are several sheltered bays, all within walking distance, offering safe swimming, wonderful snorkelling as well as diving opportunities.
The Simon’s Town golf course is directly acrosss the road, and the Clovelly golf course is a short drive away.There are many beautiful walks and trails along the coast or up on the mountainside.

Simon’s Town is South Africa’s main naval base, and visitors can visit the Naval Museum as well as its quaint shops and restaurants. In the winter months,  Southern Right Whales return to False Bay to calve,  and offer spectacular viewing. Cape Point Nature Reserve,the southern tip of Africa where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans  collide, is a scenic drive away. Alternatively, drive over the mountain to Chapman’s Peak and the Atlantic Ocean.  Scuba diving, Kayaking and Stand up Paddling are available from local operators and dive schools.
